SCHOOL NEWS
★★★ Please remember to send your child(ren) to school with hats, gloves and jackets!
★ There is a Girls BB and a Boys BB sign-up sheet in the office!
★ No 5th/6th BBB practice today!
★ 5th/6th BBB vs. Harvey from Thursday 11/13 has been rescheduled to Monday 11/17 at 4:30
★ FFA Fruit and Pizza sales have started and will end on Friday, November 21st!
♟️Get ready to make some great moves! FBS Chess Club starts Monday, November 17th in Ms. Hawkes’ room — practices will be on Mondays 6:30–7:30 pm & Thursdays 3:30–4:30 pm!
★ Girls Basketball Practice will start on Monday, November 17th!
★ Close-Up Colorado Jack Popcorn Fundraiser will start on Monday 11/17 and end 11/20!
★ Sophomore students are scheduled to participate in a financial simulation event on Tuesday, November 18, in Tolna. Following the simulation, students will attend presentations and tours led by two young entrepreneurs in New Rockford. The departure time from door #3 is 8:15 a.m., with an expected return time of approximately 3:00 p.m. Lunch is provided in Tolna, but students may bring money for additional snacks or beverages.
★ Wrestling Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, November 19th
★ There will be a B.O.B trip going to New Rockford on Thursday, November 20th
★ Wrestling Parent/Athlete Meeting in the Harvey High School commons area on Thursday, November 20th at 6:15 pm.
★ The FFA Labor Sale and Close Up Pie Auction will be on Thursday, November 20th!
5:15 - 6:45 pm ~ First Tech Robotics Chili Feed in the lunchroom
$8 Adults ~ $5 Students (age 6-12) ~ 5 & under are FREE
7:00 pm ~ FFA Labor Sale & Close Up Pie Auction in the Old Gym
★ The Fall Sports Banquet will be on Monday, November 24th at the Harvey Eagles Club starting at 6:00 pm. Free supper for all athletes, coaches & managers. Guest plates are $10.
★ 21st Century will be after school Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 3:30-5:30 PM
Please remember: if there is an early out or the last day of school for the week lands on a Tuesday-Thursday, there will not be 21st Century program that day!
★ Activity Fees and sports physicals are due for any student participating in activities for grades 7-12. Activity Fees for 2025-2026 are $95.
