SCHOOL NEWS
❄️ Please remember to send your child(ren) to school with hats, gloves and jackets!
★ Reminder: there is an Early Out @ 1:30 TODAY 11/26! There is also No School TOMORROW 11/27 and Friday 11/28 for Thanksgiving break!
★ There will be NO JH GBB on Wednesdays!
★ All students interested in joining the speech team that couldn’t make the meeting can get in touch with Mrs. Buchmiller in Harvey. We are also having a work night on December 8th they can come to if they would like info on how speech works.
★ Boys basketball practice will start on Monday, December 1st!
★ Close-Up Calendar Fundraiser is due on December 1st!
★ Close-Up Colorado Jack Popcorn Fundraiser will end on 12/1!
🥤Buzzly - our new Dirty Soda and Lemonade shop! It will be open every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through Christmas break. Hours of operation are during junior high and high school lunch! If you’re in grades 5 - 12, you can swing by the old gym and grab a drink for only $4!
♟️FBS Chess Club in Ms. Hawkes’ room - Please use door #9 (by Ms. Hawkes room)
Practices will be on Mondays 6:30–7:30 pm & Thursdays 3:30–4:30 pm!
★ 21st Century will be after school Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 3:30-5:30 PM
Please remember: if there is an early out or the last day of school for the week lands on a Tuesday-Thursday, there will not be 21st Century program that day!
★ Activity Fees and sports physicals are due for any student participating in activities for grades 7-12. Activity Fees for 2025-2026 are $95.
