Happy National Pistachio Day! Sometimes great things really do come in small packages. Known as the “happy nut” in China and the “smiling nut” in the Middle East, pistachios have a unique, small shape but pack a powerfully nutritious punch. Aside from having a great smile, these vibrant green nuts let you snack your way to good health by containing as much protein as an egg per serving and myriad of other nutrients.

National FFA Week Dress Up Days:
Friday - Blue & Gold Day - Wear the colors blue and gold or your favorite FFA apparel!
The FFA Food Drive is this week February 22-26. Donations will be collected in the individual classrooms. There will be class competitions for the total weight/person collected with the winning class earning an ice cream float day! There will also be drop boxes at the Q and grocery store in Fessenden. Thank you for helping feed hungry families!
There will not be Lego Robotics practice the week of March 1 due to the Scholastic Book Fair.
Soft Ball sign-up sheet is located across from Mr. Loff’s office.
5th & 6th Grade Volleyball is scheduled to begin Thursday, March 4 from 3:30-5:15pm with a parent meeting at 5:00PM. If you need a registration sheet, please contact the office. Please contact Monica Mason with any questions.
The Baseball sign-up sheet is located across from Mr. Loff’s office. Baseball team-shop meeting on Thursday, February 25th from 8:10-8:30AM in the library.
